From April 1st we move to winter hours, open Wednesday through Saturday 11am to 5pm.
Distillery staff can help with bottle sales on Mondays & Tuesdays. Just ring the buzzer for assistance.

We mix up the distillation game with some delicious fare, featuring exceptional local flavours in a garden setting that's all about relaxed elegance.
Our sheltered indoor/outdoor dining area is the ideal setting to relax with our signature G&T or negroni on tap. Or peruse our menu of seasonal cocktails, exquisite wines and curated selection of beers, there is something for everyone.
